Real-Time Solution of Unsteady Inverse Heat Conduction Problem Based on Parameter-Adaptive PID with Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm

To solve the problem of common unsteady inverse heat conduction in industrial field, a real-time solution method improving whale optimization algorithm (IWOA) and parameter-adaptive proportional-integral-differential (PID) is proposed paper. A feedback control system with IWOA-PID, which can inversely boundary flux, established. The deviation between calculated temperature measured point obtained by solving direct (DHCP) used as input. flux iteration-solved IWOA-PID output. improves initial distribution, global search capability population diversity generalization traditional (WOA), effectively PID. experimental results show that transfer paper accurately retrieve variation real time has good resistance self-adaptability.
